Beef Filet with Pomegranate Molasses

Ingredients
- 1 Kg of Beef filet
 - 12-14 baby onions
 - 4 Tsp of butter
 - 4 Tsp of cooking oil
 - 6 crushed garlic cloves
 - 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
 - ½ cup of Noble pomegranate molasses
 - 2 Tsp of pepper
 - Salt to taste
 - 4 Tbsp. of fried pine nuts
 
Instructions
- Cut beef fillet into small cubes.
 - Heat 2 tsp butter + 2 tsp cooking oil.
 - Add beef cubes and cook until browned.
 - Season with black pepper and salt the set aside.
 - In the same skillet, heat remaining butter and cooking oil.
 - Add garlic and onions fry until fragrant.
 - Add lemon juice and Noble pomegranate molasses.
 - Stir for 2 – 3 min then return beef cubes to the skillet.
 - Stir until the sauce coats all the ingredients.
 
It is super easy and requires few simple ingredients. Noble pomegranate molasses adds a rich tangy flavor.
Serve with Hummus and Lebanese bread and enjoy this deliciousness!
