Ingredients

• Goat labneh balls (natural, thyme, mint or chili flavor)
• Noble black olive tapenade
• 1 cup of cucumber sliced in round pieces
• 1 piece of Markouk bread
• Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

• Put the markouk bread flat on a clean surface
• Spread the goat labneh of your choice in a line at the top of the markouk bread.
• Add on top of it the Noble tapenade you chose.
• Layer the round pieces of cucumber on top and add some fresh mint leaves
• Start rolling the bread till you get to its end and have like a tube shape
• Cut the tube shape bread into small rolls of 3-4 cm.
