Halloumi Pesto Skewers

Ingredients
- A pack of Halloumi cheese
- AnNabil pesto sauce
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 8 Mini wood skewers
- Fresh mint leaves
Directions
- 1. Cut the halloumi cheese in cubes
- You can leave the halloumi cubes fresh as is or you can grill them in a pan.
- In a bowl place the AnNabil pesto sauce
- Dip each halloumi cube in the pesto sauce
- Start building your skewers by adding halloumi cubes and cherry tomatoes
- You can add some mint leaves in between if you like.
