Beef Filet with Pomegranate Molasses

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg of Beef filet
  • 12-14 baby onions
  • 4 Tsp of butter
  • 4 Tsp of cooking oil
  • 6 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
  • ½ cup of Noble pomegranate molasses
  • 2 Tsp of pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. of fried pine nuts

Instructions

  • Cut beef fillet into small cubes.
  • Heat 2 tsp butter + 2 tsp cooking oil.
  • Add beef cubes and cook until browned.
  • Season with black pepper and salt the set aside.
  • In the same skillet, heat remaining butter and cooking oil.
  • Add garlic and onions fry until fragrant.
  • Add lemon juice and Noble pomegranate molasses.
  • Stir for 2 – 3 min then return beef cubes to the skillet.
  • Stir until the sauce coats all the ingredients.

It is super easy and requires few simple ingredients. Noble pomegranate molasses adds a rich tangy flavor.
Serve with Hummus and Lebanese bread and enjoy this deliciousness!
